Incorrect memory card format/TF card abnormality/memory error?

Resolve memory card format and TF card errors on an AZDOME dash cam — formatting steps and card requirements.

  1. Please format it in the settings of this device before use.
    • For screenless dashcams, you can connect to the APP and format the TF card in the dashcam settings option of the APP.
    • For screen dashcams, you can format it in the screen settings function.
    • If formatting fails on the dashcam, you can remove the memory card and format it on a computer.
  2. If method 1 does not resolve the issue, please replace the TF card with a new one for use.
  3. We recommend using a Class 10, U3, A2 Speed Micro-SD memory card, and the capacity must not exceed the maximum supported memory (the maximum supported memory can be found in the manual).
