Dashcam keeps turning on and off?

Stop an AZDOME dash cam from rebooting repeatedly by checking the original power cable and faulty accessories.

  1. The power cable used is not the original factory one, resulting in insufficient power supply: Please confirm whether the power cable used is the original matching model for this dashcam. If it is not the original, it is recommended to replace it with the factory power cable for troubleshooting.
  2. Malfunction due to faulty accessories: In the powered-off state, remove the memory card from the dashcam and unplug the middle or rear camera interface, then power on the device. Press the reset R hole (Reset) briefly or long until the device responds.
