Make sure the camera's Wi-Fi is on, join the correct AZDOME network with the password from your manual, and turn off mobile data so your phone stays on the camera's Wi-Fi.

Connect to the camera, open the album or playback screen, pick a clip and tap download — it saves to your phone.
